Africa produces some of the world’s most distinctive coffees, yet its farmers and exporters face growing demands for verified sustainability, geolocation-based evidence, and transparent value chains. At the Africa Coffee & Tea Expo 2025, KOLTIVA joins industry leaders to address how African origins can secure long-term market access through digitization, climate resilience, and full traceability.

KOLTIVA will be represented by Tarsis Katimbo, Business Development Representative for Europe and the Middle East, who will discuss how integrated technologies—KoltiTrace, KoltiSkills, and KoltiPay—are reshaping Africa’s coffee sector. From polygon farm mapping and digital transactions to farmer training and financial inclusion, these solutions help exporters comply with regulations like the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) while strengthening producer livelihoods.

The session explores Africa’s evolving production landscape, export trends, and the widening traceability gap that limits access to premium markets. Participants will hear practical insights on overcoming bottlenecks such as fragmented data systems, limited technical capacity, and the rising cost of compliance for smallholder farmers.

KOLTIVA’s participation underscores its commitment to building transparent, verifiable, and future-proof coffee supply chains—ensuring African coffee remains not only high-quality, but also trusted, compliant, and globally competitive.
