A Co-Creation Workshop: Identifying Challenges, Problems and Unearthing AI/AA/ML Use Cases and Solutions for Resilient, Sustainable Fisheries in the Indo-Pacific Region
The Indo-Pacific region is home to some of the world's most diverse and economically significant fisheries. However, these vital marine ecosystems face numerous challenges, including the impact of climate change, uncontrolled coastal development, and Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) fishing. To ensure the long-term sustainability of fisheries in this region, innovative approaches are needed to sustain the Ecosystem Approach for Fisheries Management (EAFM).
With the emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Advanced Analytics (AA), and Machine Learning (ML), there are opportunities to address these challenges and promote resilient and sustainable fisheries management.
Join our Program Manager, Sarah Harding, at the Seafood and Fisheries Emerging Technologies Conference, on a Co-Creation Workshop: “Identifying Challenges, Problems and Unearthing AI/AA/ML Use Cases and Solutions for Resilient, Sustainable Fisheries in the Indo-Pacific Region”. She will uncover how our innovative traceability system can boost sustainable and legal fisheries management, promoting a resilient and sustainable fishery for Indo-Pacific region.
