  • Driving Global Coffee Sustainability Through Traceability and Technology. We are participating in the GCP Member Assembly 2025 in Switzerland to strengthen collective action toward sustainable coffee sourcing, farmer prosperity, and regulatory compliance. With operations across Indonesia, APAC, LATAM, and EMEA, KOLTIVA brings a field-proven model that integrates traceability, geospatial monitoring, and farmer empowerment through its KoltiTrace platform.

  • Empowering Smallholders Across the Coffee Belt - Operating with over 150,000 smallholder producers in Indonesia and expanding across Latin America and Africa, KOLTIVA delivers on-the-ground coaching, digital onboarding, and supply chain verification to ensure inclusive growth. Our solutions help coffee producers meet standards such as the GCP Coffee Sustainability Reference Code and EUDR, while improving productivity, income, and climate resilience.

  • Advancing Compliance and Transparency for a Resilient Future. As due diligence regulations like EUDR reshape global sourcing, we equip coffee businesses, suppliers, traders, producers, exporters, with robust systems for deforestation monitoring, risk reporting, and full supply chain transparency. At the GCP Member Assembly, we aim to align with industry peers to co-develop scalable, tech-enabled solutions that drive real impact from farm to cup.

At KOLTIVA, we’re excited to share that we will be joining the Global Coffee Platform (GCP) Member Assembly 2025 on 24–25 June in Switzerland. This is not just an event—it’s a pivotal moment for shaping the future of sustainable coffee. As a GCP Member, we’re honored to stand alongside like-minded organizations from around the world to accelerate collective action for producers prosperitytransparent sourcing, and climate resilience across the coffee value chain.

We believe that the challenges facing the coffee sector today—whether deforestation, low farmer income, or complex regulatory landscapes—can only be solved together. That’s why we’re showing up, ready to share our experience, learn from peers, and help drive the shift toward truly sustainable and inclusive coffee supply chains.

Our Roots: Transforming Coffee Production in Indonesia

Our story began in Indonesia, one of the world’s largest coffee-producing countries. Today, we work with more than 150,000 smallholder coffee producers across Sumatra, Java, Bali, Sulawesi, and Flores, delivering not just digital tools, but lasting impact.

We’ve built an integrated approach combining digital traceabilityon-the-ground coaching, and climate-smart training to support farmers and their communities. Our proprietary technology, KoltiTrace, allows us to monitor every step of the journey—from farm to exporter—ensuring transparency, compliance, and accountability. But we go beyond data. Through farmer capacity-building, we help increase yields, improve income, and reduce climate risks. It’s tech with a heart—and impact at scale.

For Indonesian producers navigating fragmented markets, limited access to finance, and now the pressure of international due diligence regulations, we’re more than a solution provider—we’re a trusted partner walking alongside them every step of the way.

Expanding Our Reach Across APAC

What started in Indonesia has grown into a regional movement. Across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region—including Vietnam, the Philippines, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea—we’re helping coffee farmers and local companies adopt technology to build more transparent and sustainable supply chains.

From digitizing farm records to mapping land with polygon precision, we equip supply chain actors with the tools needed to meet EUDR compliance and evolving consumer expectations. In markets where connectivity and infrastructure are limited, our platforms work offline, in local languages, and are designed to be accessible even to first-time digital users.

We’re proud to be empowering thousands of coffee producers, traders, and agribusinesses in the region to build resilient, equitable systems that put producers at the center of the value chain.

Building Trust and Transparency in LATAM

In Latin America, we’ve taken our systems and adapted them to the unique landscapes of Colombia, Peru, Honduras, and Brazil—countries that are foundational to the global coffee supply.

Here, we’re supporting local cooperatives, exporters, and multinationals to map farms, monitor deforestation risks, and train coffee producers on regenerative practices. Our technology supports full traceability, with each coffee lot geotagged, verified, and connected to a real producers.

But our work goes beyond compliance. We’re working to amplify smallholder producers' voices, strengthen market access, and build climate-resilient production models that secure the future of coffee. We know the Latin American region is pivotal, and we’re committed to ensuring it remains a powerhouse of sustainable coffee.

Our Senior Head of Market, Silvan Ziegler, will represent KOLTIVA at the GCP Member Assembly 2025. With deep expertise in leading coffee traceability initiatives across the Americas, Silvan plays a key role in supporting enterprises, agribusinesses, producers, exporters, and roasters in achieving compliance with evolving regulations, including EUDR. If you’re attending the event or based in Switzerland, we invite you to connect with him for a consultation on how our Americas team can support your coffee business with scalable, field-proven solutions for traceability, sustainability, and supply chain transparency.

Supporting Due Diligence Across EMEA

Our presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) bridges both sides of the value chain: origin and destination. In producing countries like Uganda, Ethiopia, and Côte d’Ivoire, we’re introducing our traceability solutions to connect remote smallholders to global markets while protecting forest landscapes.

At the same time, we work with European buyers and roasters who face increasing pressure to demonstrate environmental and social due diligence. Through KoltiTrace dashboards, risk reports, and satellite-powered insights, we provide end-to-end visibility that helps buyers comply with EUDR and other ESG requirements—while sourcing with integrity.

We're not just offering data—we're offering confidence, clarity, and a stronger connection between roasters and the roots of their coffee.

Why We’re Attending the GCP Member Assembly 2025

For us, the GCP Member Assembly isn’t just an annual event—it’s a platform where ideas become action. It’s where leading organizations come together to tackle the most pressing challenges in the coffee sector.

We’re attending to:

  • Share our lessons from the field across four continents

  • Collaborate with industry peers on practical solutions for farmer prosperity

  • Align on global standards like the Coffee Sustainability Reference Code and EUDR

  • Strengthen partnerships to scale innovations that benefit all actors—especially smallholder producers

Most importantly, we’re attending because we believe in co-creating a future where sustainability is more than a buzzword—it’s a measurable reality for every cup of coffee.

Our Commitment: Producers First, Always

Everything we do is built around smallholder producers. They are the backbone of global coffee, yet they remain the most vulnerable. We see them not as beneficiaries, but as decision-makers and co-creators of the sustainable systems we’re building.

Our coaching teams work directly in farming communities to deliver personalized guidance on good agricultural practices (GAP), agroforestry, climate adaptation, and income diversification. We’ve also introduced financial inclusion tools—through KoltiPay®—to help farmers access payments, savings, and insurance, further empowering them to thrive.

We know that meaningful change only happens when farmers are equipped, connected, and recognized. That’s our promise, and we bring that mindset to every partnership, every project, and every policy discussion.

But we also know we can’t do it alone. The future of coffee depends on collaboration—on listening, aligning, and acting together. That’s why the GCP Member Assembly 2025 matters.
